4. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.

5. Choose a delivery method.

6. Select a payment method.

7. Confirm the order.

8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

DELIVERY

1. It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or your choice or to the convenience store (7-Eleven) of your choice.

2. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Express deliveries between 1 and 2 working days. Delivery to convenience store takes 3 to 4 working days.

3. Standard delivery / Convenience Store – 60 TWD (FREE for orders over 1500 TWD)

Express delivery – 100 TWD

4. You can see the status of your order in the "my orders" section in "my account"

5. If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming,another with the tracking number

6. If you have chosen convenience store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (this option is only available for 7Eleven).

It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.(you will have 7 days to collect it)

How do I return an item?

Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.
